Please dont misunderstand my post but I just had a thought. I think pretending one's own death to take some type of advantage is also considered as crime...
As such, Shikha has planned her own death with a view to grab Aditya from Madhurima. The court can even consider that Shikha planned her death so as to get into Jagganath's house and grab their wealth.
Nothing was shown about the body which was burnt as Shikha's.. Who was that girl..??
Samaira also used fake Passport and gave fake details to the Embassy... This can also be a big big crime...

Just a random thought... Please share your thoughts.

Obviously Aditya is a fraud...My post does not deny that thing...šŸ˜•
I just want to say that Shikha is also a fraud, although her cause is noble but I dont think law will take this thing into account.

well law has no right to speak in this matter because law did not protect an innocent like shikha instead law made fun of her sufferings and her life. law failed to give justice to a mother and a woman. law became a beggar infront of power and money. so law has no right to judge shikha anymore. it is because of law that shikha became samaira.

😊 yUpp, u are right! Faking one's identity is a crime!
But no one is going to the courts again to demand justice this time šŸ˜‰
Sooo, Shikha is safe! 😃 She's decided not to follow Gandhi's philosophy so it's 'An eye for an eye & a tooth for a tooth' šŸ‘ And I think we'll all like it that way!!

I do get ur point Muskaan😊 n Sikha did use the wrong way but when she was following the right path as a law abiding citizen she was denied justice. In a way she was compelled to do these frauds. This time around, on hearing her story, law will understand her plight n she will get justicešŸ‘šŸ¼

True..But, Indian law is completely the opposite...Criminals go free and innocent are thrown behind the bars...😔 I wish this does not happen with Shikha...😊

Thanks...😊
It is said that "One should not take laws into his/her own hands"😔
This is the case with Indian law...Criminals move free and innocent have to fight for their rights...😔

well donno about it in real life but in tv shows that def happens. criminals enjoy and party for years and innocent gets thrown behind bars. shikha has a family and neeraj with her so i dont think that would happen to her coz she has people who love her and she is not completely lost. i mean shikha in samaira is still alive and that is quite visible when she is with neeraj and her family. there is a part of her who is still tht same simple innocent shikha. but so far shikha being thrown behind bars is concerned, i dont think that can happen coz now she is rich and powerful too. if she goes behind bars so does adi coz his reality wont be hidden for long after that. this time shikha is not a cry baby.
