Maybe like Haider, Rehan can be their long lost brother and also maybe Haider and Humeira's son may come to the story from Dubai and be a part of their family eventually. So who knows what brothers will come out of the wood works to help the Ahemed Khan/ Qureshi sisters? Let's hope just when Billi or Aahil thinks they have the upper hand, the "bhai brigade" from overseas comes!! Who knows maybe even Ayaan has produced a useful offspring? :)
