So, everyone today is miffed with the content of the episode
today...not our fault actually...CVs ne acche
episode de dekar bigad diya hai... But on a serious note ,today's episode was
really unbelievable...i mean ...more unbelievable than all the stupid tracks
occurring in other shows... I am not going to talk about the logic thing
because it has already been done to death in the forum, but my point today is the more than required copy and paste method
of the CVs regarding the story of the divine couple Lord Shiv and Maa Parvati, into this story. My family especially my parents are the ardent devotees of the divine couple and
believe that in real life too, the couple should be an ideal couple and
especially Lord Shiva, as he is considered the most ideal husband and that is
the reason, why elders give blessings to young girls to get a husband like him
and advise them to pray to the Lord regarding the same, and be a pair like them , but it doesn't mean that everything is
taken for granted...

From the start of the show, we are noticing too many references to the story of the Lords(I
will not call it mythology) used in the
show every now and then to take the
story forward... And it is okay if it is used in a required manner to set the story right but too much usage of
the same so much so that it starts looking as if they are the reincarnations of
the Gods themselves on the earth
is not going down the throat, atleast for me...From the before of the start of the show, we always
knew that references are going to be used just by seeing the name of the
couple, but excess of everything is
also not good...

By saying this, I am not doubting the
intention of the CVs nor their devotion in the original story, it is pretty
clear from day one, that they are trying
to portray a story of eternal, pure and innocent love but they need to
understand that there is a limit to
everything. They need to understand that
copying the exact instances from the original story and copy-pasting it
here actually takes the sense and the
essence out from both of them. It is okay if they imitate but it should be done
in such a way that it gets gelled nicely with the story of HUMANS and makes it
look good and increases the faith of the
audience in the Lord instead of making a
mockery of the original story itself...and today it really seemed to me like
that...i was not at all happy the way they put the Vishpaan (drinking of
poison) of Lord Shiv into this story...they should first understand the actual
meaning and motive of the incident before using it here...they shud have
remembered that the drinking of the poison was not an unintentional or
unplanned incident in case of the Lord
(I am not getting the actual word here)...but it was done thoroughly
intentionally with a view to save the entire universe from the deadly poison
that had the capacity to destroy everything...inspite of knowing that it could
even effect him himself...but even then he consumed the poison and this is the
point when Maa Parvati comes to his rescue and places her hand on his throat
trying to save her husband from anything worse thus giving a new dimension to her
love for the Lord and that is the reason why they are admired and prayed for this incident specially...
His motive being to save everyone and Her being to save the Saviour himself... This story is an
extraordinary presentation of selfless love and it could be used wonnnderrfully in
the show had they paid little heed to it
but they have missed the golden opportunity ... and now they have seriously
missed the opportunity even to rectify their mistake...

And this is not the first time this is occurring in the
show, -- the track regarding the tapasya of Paro was also represented in a
similar way...Noone refers to the Goddess as weak when we hear the original
story but everyone found Paro as a weak girl who cant stand for herself seeing the same track in the show, the reason
again being the misinterpretation of the
motive of the story , they shud have realized the reason why Lord Shiva was not
accepting her ...actually it was not a case of not accepting , it was more of
the fear and the reluctance inside him that he asked the goddess to stop making
herself suffer as he still had the rememberances of Goddess Sati in his heart
and so he had cleared it to her that he might not be able to return her
love, making her unhappier further... so
he said that it wud be better if she herself quit the way of sufferings...HE
NEVER TORMENTED OR MANHANDLED HER REGARDING THE SAME... but it was this when Maa
Parvati decided not to quit as she was more determined than Lord Shiv and so
she continued her tap for years and years thus making Lord Shiv realize the
real strength and devotion in her love for him and so he decided not to let her
suffer more...thus agreeing to let The Goddess enter his life as his soulmate
giving her the deserved place in his heart...NOT OUT OF LUST , ,BUT FOR
LOVE. And this is the purity which I
want to see in the show rather than the butchering of the tracks by illogical
and baseless things.

I am not asking them to
pour the whole essence of the real stories, neither do I expect the same
from them... ...I know that they are Humans too like us ...But they can atleast put the things on the board in a manner that
can help people digest the things rather
than forcing us, we utterly selfish
HUMANS
to raise questions on the
divine stories ...I am saying this this becoz I myself was confused abt these
stories after seeing them in the show even though I am listening to them from
the before my birth(my parents say they
used to tell these stories to me since I was in my mother's womb) and still everyday listen to them in form of
bhajans or pravachans or anything else
everyday...but Thanks to BHOLENATH ...he made me realize that my trust, belief and
faith in these stories is too strong to let a fiction affect it and raise
questions regarding it...

And one thing more... I don't think they needed to show the "Neelkanth" part...I don't know if it happens in real life or not but they shud have noticed that there is a
difference in the way of consuming poison in both the cases... the poison here
had already reached his stomach...and they said that the poison had spread in
his brain nerves, so Iwudnt have minded a blue face instead...😊.I am happy that my
father or brother did not see the episode ...becoz they are already very angry
and disappointed the way the name of God Ram especially used in the songs of
bollywood...("Ramji ki chaal dekho" from Ramleela and "Raghupati Raghav Raja
Ram" form Krissh-3 to name a few)...and I too believe that the use of the Lord's
name in such songs is really a crime where they don't follow even one of the
qualities of The Lord...seriously my father wud have banned this channel itself
in my home...waise bhi even my mother who really loves this show is actually
disappointed with the show since the
"Paro ki Tapasya" track for the reasons
mentioned above...forcing me to look deeper in the matter...How I wish I cud do
something...

And waise bhi, if I want to know the
story of Lord Shiv , I wud better watch
the show "Devon ke Dev ...MahaDev" which is infact retelling the story very
nicely than a copied fiction which is misinterpreting the facts...

Or it is case of making a mountain out of the mole by us
fans who are not really habituated to see such episodes and shud better ignore
them rather than digging deep into the matter... putting all the blame on the
shoddy execution and the lack of proper editing making the episode lack in
sync..

So, this is the end of this post for now...am sorry if you
regret reading this post or think that your time wasn't utilized well reading
this long lecture...go on and bash me if you really feel that my post deserves atleast
that much more of your time...am not
afraid of getting bashed...i am plainly here to put my view which I think is really the
reason , this forum exists...BUT PLZZZ...refrain from bashing the
actors...i hav not mentioned them even for once becoz I know its not their
fault...

I guess the CVs are getting a little too distracted trying to symbolise everything. And in all the haste to symbolise yesterday's scene, they completely forgot to make Paro shed tears for her love!! When she should have been holding Rudra's hand and confessing her feelings for him, she was busy comparing Rudra to bholenath. And then she started her detective-giri which was a little too much. The doctor announced that Rudra had little time to live, and yet she was busy trying to find who poisoned him. What actually mattered was that he was already poisoned, wasn't it?
I think symbolim is good, but it will not be good for the story if the CVs get too carried by it.. Great Post 😳
