I didn't see anything unrealistic about the police station scene...except for the joker SP trying to intimidate Sandhya. with his height or filmy dialogues.

What Sandhya did wasn't just about power...it was about showing her staff and SP who has the real authority...and the real brains.

Even if SP gets out right away...what she did was enough to show everyone that she means business...and that she's not afraid...nor is she wiling to compromise her principles.

Her staff looked really shaken up when she gave them the resignation letter. I doubt she'll actually make them leave...she will get them to switch sides and join her.

SP wasted 48 minutes of her first day...and if she can hold him for exactly that much time...then I'd call it a very good start to her first day.

^Exactly Fatima. She is trying to get the team behind her. Also setting the tone of her administrative style with the staff. Excellent first day. I am feeling very proud of her. Also have a greater appreciation of what honest officers have to face in India.

Yes Shruthi, she was very clever, Brain vs brawn. Although I would have loved to see her beat up that 7 foot gunda!

@NeelM @Koolsadhu I will comment on resignation letters only after I see the epi. I guess her intention is to make them understand they are doing the job of government not that of gunda. I dont think she has any intention to fire them.

Coming to SP even as gifts police officers are not suppose to accept such costly thing as gold especially from shady characters.

I know this gift thing very well as I my dad was in bank and was in senior position in credit department. He avoided inviting a lot of customers for my wedding because of just one thing. He didnt want these people to give something out of the way in pretext of wedding gift and he forced to grant them loans.

Also as a child I have grown up seeing people coming home with toys, dress, sarees etc for family to meet him. And my dad had quite assertively but politely refused such things.

So even if that constable tells gold bangles is a gift then the question will be why a gunda gave gold bangles to a police constable😆
