I was tossing and turning in bed last night chastising myself for being sucked back into watching the new "improved" version of QH.
I put Improved within quotation marks because nothing, no version could compare to the drama that QH was for the first several months of its run. The characters were different, the story was different and of course the lead pair was drool worthy. Sigh!
Anyways, coming back to the topic of Sanam/Ahil version of QH, after I saw the promo with Tanveer a few unsavory questions rose in my mind. Some I could dismiss since they did not happen...but some are still bothering me.
1) Tanveer was pregnant with Imran's kid (wasn't she?) So Sahil is therefore, Haya's step brother and Sanam's second cousin?!?! Bhaiya?!?!?!
2) Tanveer then married Siddique sahab...aka Zoya's father. Blood line jo bhi ho...doesn't that make Ahil Zoya's step brother by relation. Does that make Ahil, Sanam's Mamu?!?!?!?! I know..no blood relation...but still... 😕.
3) Now this is an imaginary situation (THANK GOD) but if Tanveer had married Asad and then got divorced and then married Siddique sahab, that would have made Ahil, Sanam's (lets see):
"Fuppi ke sautela beta, jo uski apni soutela bhai bhi huwa kuch din ke liye par end mein uski mama baan gaye." Quite a mouthful I must say.
Thank god Tanveer did not marry Asad. Otherwise this convoluted, Bold and the Beautiful type relationship would have been even more yuckier.
I am just hoping that Tanveer never had her own kid...but found Ahil, a tortured kid, wondering on the streets and raised him to be her tool. That would make things much cleaner.
