I was about to make a post about how much Prem and Aahil are the same. Yes I know dear. Prem was just OMG. I became his fan after KZK. Aahil does remind me alooot of Prem, same arrogance, humorous, rude, rich, handsome and very soon he will love sanam as much Prem loved Mukti. I actually wanna see a similair love confession of Aahil to Sanam like Prem to Mukti near her hostel against the tree. My most fav scene dont know if u remember it. It was sooo touching and romantic.I am sure when SaaHil romance starts they're gonna set fire on screen :DSorry for long post. But u noticed so well. I have same thoughts when I see Aahil I remember Prem.

Yeah Prem's confession to Mukti outside her hostel was one of the best scenes of Prem-Mukti...I have their scenes downloaded on my laptop...and I loved their background song (Kabhi na sukoon aaya and all their modifications) Infact that song still reminds me of Prem Mukti whenever I hear them. and me too want some serious confession n elopement scene (like when Prem kidnapped Mukti from her wedding) 😉

Actually, I have a bit of a different perspective on this. PRem/Yudi, in my opinion, was one of Ekta's best-written characters and Ekta has the talent for creating some great characters. She has always tried to follow Prem up with rebellious sons like Ansh or whoever, but nobody could really balance the fine line between grey and black like Prem did.
Prem, in fact, was initially characterized and conceived as the villain figure, but Karanvir made him look so adorable that Ekta had to change the infamous rape track and make Prem into the hero. Prem's troubled relationship with his parents, excluding things like chemistry with Mukti, was the highlight of KZK. You should rewatch that disco episode where Prerna hits Prem and there is this infamous scene between them where Prem is about hit his mother, also the scene when Prem's reservations against Prerna finally crumbles and he calls her mom for the first time. Not to forget the way Prem bonded with the sister he was born for, Sneha, Jennifer Singh Grover. Prem's character was one the most volatile and intriguing characters of Indian televsision and this is precisely why people still remember him to this day.Ekta's talent for creating characters like that is unmatchable. No one else even comes close. Still hate the woman, but some of her characters were beautiful. Aahil, except for the trademark arrogance, is not half as complex as Prem was.
