We all know that he loves aastha a lot

But he wasn't good with aastha coz he had a thought that girls are always cheaters and liars

After swati's death he found out the truth and he changed his perspective on girls

That's the only reason for his misbehaviour with aastha even though he loved her so much

When he got to know the truth he just started showing his concern and love towards her but he didn't say ILU Coz of his ego

And later he confessed it coz he realised that aastha is not gonna come behind him anymore

I don't think it's going fast.

And it can't be fake coz he cried and apologised to aastha.

So I loved the entire thing

I dont think shlok is faking his love...it looks genuine...it makes so sense now if he fakes...the show is going to lose its essence...

We just have to believe that he had no choice in the matter so he had to declare his love or loose his wife. He was being just big headed about the whole situation hence his refusal to express his feelings so that he would be hurt again.
