Maybe Sanam didnt take loan by mortgaging her land and house in the bank he suggested.

Land not sufficient security for loan for setting up a dhaba. Sounds fishy.

Its a dhaba they are planning, not 5 star hotel.

I'm afraid that Anwar will make them sign some papers which give him the dhaba land, and that why he says "qubool nahi hai".
