Paridhi Sharma threatened to walk out of Jodha Akbar and it made headlines. The media circuit was abuzz with reports about Paridhi, who portrays the character of Jodha in Zee TV's Jodha Akbar, being sexually abused by the show's director Santram Verma. While everyone pitied Ms Sharma, Verma was facing the heat from fans of the show. But the man behind camera has a different story to say.Verma was not only accused of harassing Paridhi but also Ankita Dubey, who was once a part of Jodha Akbar. Apparently Ankita left the show claiming she was mentally and financially troubled by Santram. However, Mr Verma has now come out in open and says that all these allegations are false and it's being done to tarnish his clean character.

Talking to a leading daily, Santram said, "All these are just rumors and there's is no truth to it. I've not physically abused Paridhi or anybody in my entire career. Paridhi and I are just professionals and we are here to just do our jobs. We don't even talk to each other, nor I've ever spoken to her on the phone so how can I molest? We have a team who co-ordinates with her for the shoots and all. In fact I don't even shoot her (Paridhi) scenes as Paridhi was close to the group who walked out of the show. They used to brain wash her as their only aim was to stop the shoot. So I always avoid shooting with her and have always maintained distance from Paridhi as I don't want any clash."

About 90 team members from the show's technical team has walked out of Jodha Akbar accusing Santram of intolerable behaviour. To this the director says that it was one single person, who was responsible for this mass walkout. Apparently, that one individual was not performing up to the expectations so Mr Verma had to ask him to up his ante or he could lose the job. This didn't go down well with him and he forced everyone to go for a mass walkout as those 90 people were brought by him.

With both parties painting different pictures, we really don't know whom to believe here. BollywoodLifers, do you think that Paridhi Sharma is being instigated as claimed by Santram?
