china has a one child policy. as far as i remember from one of the discussions long time ago with our colleagues they can have only one baby. and some of them go out to have another baby. as guesswho said they put it up for adoption if more than one kid. thats the way it is.

I think most of people not do adoption if they need 2nd child.....if any medical probs they try in last moment only..

In my opinion 2kids imp....then only they know whats sharing of love,bro sis love or bro n bro love............understanding,to play,to fight etc etc
