Divyanka Tripathy who plays Ishita in Ye Hai Mohabbatein says, "Child Labor is a dreadful reality that has plagued our nation. Just imagine the atrocities a child has to go through when the innocent years meant for learning, playing, growing in the comforts of loved ones are spent in the harshness of labour. Children are the future and need to be nurtured and educated so that they can grow to be the leaders of tomorrow. Eradication of child labor is of utmost importance to the nation as an incomplete and troubled childhood paves way for an unhappy society."

I saw the "on location" video of the fight scene between Ruhi and Shravan... poor kids did the same thing over and over again...
And, what about their education? These kids go to school or has given their life to acting and getting home schooled? I always had this question!

Those kids are doing it because they themselves love it! I remember reading Ruhanika's article where she did say that she loves acting!
These two do go to school and play yaar! Common their parents are also educated. This is DEFINITELY NOT child labour!

Exactly👏...child labor is based on forced or unwilling labor. And kids acting are not forced to act in the show. It's their and their families' choice. So, don't compare this with child labor.
