Dont you have to get the copyrights permission from the orignal singer or music director before you use somebody else's song or music?

I think you have to and if this is true then its really not indians' fault its the fault of the singer who sell their hardwork to earn millions and let their tunes be ruined. And surprisingly those "mutated" tunes get more popularity then the original version.
