I hv literally become mentaly unstable

Jst wanna confess dat i hv slowly become mentally unstable..
Reason is ragna.. Yes u heard it ryt ragna literally makes me crazy, stupid n dumb even today my mom declared it.. Plz sumone cl ragna mental assylum
