Another well written post by you Mansi. Loved your prediction... MP saving Jalal. On one hand it will be really nice to see that...loved Sujamal-Jalal conversation after he saves Jalal's life. One of my favorite scenes. On the other hand, if there is no reference of this in history, then I'd prefer if they don't show it. Because this is huge. Even for a naatkiye roopanter. Abhay, please help us here. Both Jalal and MP were great men and will be subjected to the harshest form of mocking if something like this is shown. We are gradually getting used to Jalal bashing but MP bashing...most people will find it extremely distasteful. . And a selfless freedom fighter like MP who chose a very difficult life when he clearly had easier options does not deserve it ( in those days Mughals were seen as foriegn invaders ...just like we see Britishers today)... To me, this will be like someone mocking/ bashing Shahid Bhagat Singh or Subhash Chandra Bose. And there are people( at least on this forum) who are perfectly capable of doing that . Without bothering to read history, they will not hesitate in name calling these great men...moreover, while Akbar the great will toss in his grave for being shown to accept help from his arch enemy...MP's self respecting soul will get restless for being given credit for something he didn't do.

Your take on Mainavati- Jodha's relationship is also very interesting. Can't type much today...will discuss this some other day.

But then her relationship with her parents had changed by this sacrifice of hers... and natural it was... coz when she had put her entire life at stake for them, she certainly expected their support when she needed most... just unconditional support... but her parents failed her... very right when MV and BM say that they did it for saving her marriage, but she felt betrayed...for the first time in her life, even having so many relationships, she felt alone... and that feeling stayed in her heart forever... coz there her parents lost her trust... a trust a child feels, that his/her parents r there with them when they face worst face of their life... and once betrayed, the person will never be able trust with same strength... and so though MV's point that it was necessary to save Jo's marriage, was right that time, still that rejection gave her the feeling that if she wants to live in worst condition, she has to be independent.. else only option for her will be death... and Jo is certainly not a coward... so she chooses independence..

And her this independence gives others the feeling of loss... coz this time she made sure, that nobody can take her for granted anymore... it's her life and only her wish is most important how to live it... and so even though , she has agreed to go to Amer, it doesn't mean , she has forgotten her parents rejection... again she is going there against her wish, she will forgive everybody, but still she will always be aloof , alone in gr8 crowd at Amer... that one rejection will never be forgotten by her heart, and even though she sacrificed for Amer in future , it will be only out of duty, not respect or love...

I m not saying abt mother - daughter relationship... coz we can't actually feel the pain Jo has actually suffered... (sorry for the words) ... But the pain of being sold in marriage, naming it as a sacrifice... pain of being left alone to deal with the fate she can't foresee coming her way... but one thing for sure, Jo may never open up completely to her parents, that left out feeling may always haunt their relationship...

And other thing was her relationship with Jalal... from hatred to love... a 360 degree change in that relationship... when she married him, he hated him to the core... and so she was ready to take all his insults, his tortures, coz she expected nothing else... and that made her even more strong ...every time he hurt her, every time she came out more strongly as a winner... and the every time, gained her his respect more than last time.. though there were always some or other rough time in their relationship, still it started changing... while he always got hatred from her, he witnessed her love and respect to all his ppl who showed her some love and respect... And that's where he started to change... coz he has always got what he wanted... and her love and respect was something that he wanted... and so even without himself knowing it, he changed... he became more human, or he started showing the humanity in him that was lost due to circumstances, he started to show love and respect to others that she never expected from him... and that changed her... that made her respect him , love him...

And this love was something, that made both of them take those drastic steps... when they were hating eachother , they were ready to take all insults , coz that actually helped them in insulting, taunting the other even more... but this love of them , made them expect certain things from eachother... that was trust and respect... and so when he felt she cheated him, he insulted her in worst possible way... and same way she couldn't take the insult from the person she has started loving most...

And so he cut all ties with her with his words, and she just left everything, and worst she left him...

Now both r at such point, that they certainly want to be with eachother... but just as I said few days before, her drastic step made Jalal lose the fear of rejection and now he is ready to go to any length to win her back... but same is not with Jo... after Ben track , she never expected him to cut her like this... and this is not her pride or ego... it's uncertainty... that may be their relationship will never be full of respect and trust... she is not sure that this is last MU btw them and that next time she won't be questioned again abt her character... this uncertainty can only be wiped by his unconditional love... nothing else... she is waiting, he has to show...

Jalal is upset that he is not able to convince her, that she is ready to leave him... but it's really good that he hasn't given up on their relationship... he has to stay strong, coz when she will give up, he has to be the one to give her support that will win her back...

My take about why Jodha COULD NOT GO TO AMER.

I am with Jodha on this one. Seeing from Jodha's POV when the Mainavati refusal happened - see what was Jodha's mental state. She was made to marry Jalal for Amer (btw even Jalal's IDENTITY was hidden from her till the day of marriage - so can you just try to imagine what she would have felt!) and when in Agra Jalal told her he wanted to crush her spirit, her pride and he will save her from the world but who will save her from him? Remember after this scene she cried to Moti! When Moti bandaged her bleeding hand when he broke her bangles on her wrist.

After this followed the Jinda Jala denge - and when in this mental state she thought she is getting freedom from Jalal - man hell bent on getting revenge on her - her own mother rejected her publicly! I agree 100% Mainavati was right about the WHY of it but disagree 100% about the HOW of it. If she had told Jodha in private her hurt and shame would have been less. Can you imagine Jodha's state? She is hated in Agra and in front of all these people who want to see her broken - her own mother rejects her publicly?!

Mother daughter relations are very special - you wrote all that beautifully. But see in Jodha's eyes EVEN HER AMER FAMILY REJECTED HER THEN and left her at merci of Jalal. Had Bharmal not told Mainavati HOW Jodha and her brothers were accused and treated in Agra?

Jodha was driven to try suicide at her MOTHER's rejection of her, cos those whom we love most and when they break heart it is more painful.

So after this I do not see how Jodha could have gone to Amer on her own. Jalal broke her spirit and how can she go to them who had rejected her before - when what they are today is ONLY DUE TO HER!

Bharmal did good thing yesterday telling all that he did to Jodha. Mainavati deserves her tears - even Shagunibai told her! Jodha telling Mainavati by her actions how much rejected she felt is her right!

Wonderful point about Jalal having got over his fear of rejection. Yes Jalal has only love for Jodha in his mind and heart now. His fear is gone, he has already almost lost her. From here he can only gain - her love he knows he has already got. This he KNOWS with a certainty now. So his fear of rejection is gone. Now it is his guilt that is holding him back. He heard her reasons and how can he not agree with them? So he knows why she is doing what she is doing. He knows now it is upto him, he is the one who broke off relation with her and it is only HIM who can mend it now.

He knows with his love for her and her love for him, winning her over is possible. He has confidence in his and her love also now to give him strength.

Jodha told him HE is the one who cut relations, but she will remain his wife till her last breath, she will love him also till her last breath. His trust was shaky but his confidence about her love for him now is not shaky.

That is what is giving him confidence that his love can win her over. His biggest fear that she did not love him is gone from his mind. How he can win her trust and give her back her self respect and dignity will be wonderful to see.

Actually, i feel Mansi,yesterday episode, three characters, they have their own identity, three are connected to eachother, but indivdually, they own have a own & seperate dignity.

BM where was standing, his duty was blanced to Both. jalal &jodha yesterday where standing, they need, some consoling. So BM duty was tough but he did his job perfectelly.

second Akdha realtioship, now jalal knows jodha likes him, she starting to love him, jodha also knows, when jalal said he not live without her. but some misunderstanding which demand is sort out .so this energy will work now. &problems will be sort out.

because jalal point of view, i think , he was fearing regection of jodha, that will be less now

jodha point of view, jalal accepted his mistake, so this point will help her, to heeling.

yesterday or last where jodha standing right, she not choosed AMer right. but now situation is different, her father wants, respectfully, she will come AMER, & he accepts his mistakes.

so two characters accepting his mistakes, &so jodha is also daughter of BM, so if she not forgives, she calls RUDE. but we accept our child also this, if parents accept they have mistaken , so child should also forgiven parents. that is jodha doing.

jalal is also accepting his mistakes. but jodha interenely so broke down, she not this staze

think about jalal's matter, clearly, so she needs Time.because in Agra matter is different,

her self respect, ques here, when she will be satisfied, from jalal's side then everythink will be OK, from jodha's side;

but this will better for their realtionship.

Very good analysis dear.loved your prediction hope it goes this way. One thing i totaly hate in this track is shenaaz. Maham,ruque and jodha n jalal kya kam the ab ek chipku be agayi that to when we are anticipating ful fledged romance.kya yar nw how jalal will come to jodhas room only moti is saving grace if she is true friend of devi jodha.
