Hey Ronit

You posted a lot of threads with the various episodes. i did not watch any of them because just the thought of them made me soo 😡 because in those few posts you showed clearly how much they butchered the TVS character.

He was always an intelligent thinking person who spoke less and thought more and always had plan to achieve his aim so he would not:

1 lie about Rewa's return. He was too clever not to realise that the best course of action was to tell Sugni himself and elevate his position in her eyes even more. He could then control the situation better

2. march into the sardhakai, grab Sugni's hand and drag her to the jeep and drive away

3. let a 18 year old run rings round him no matter how much he loved her

4. let 25 year old who could not manage his own relationship after 3 years preach sermons on staying in his marriage especially when he dumped Amu for Sugni. In the earlier argument with Jiji when Adi tried to interrupt with a click and hand he stopped Adi in his tracks. So there was no way he would stand for Adi dictating to him and not guess that Adi was playing a game with him when he agreed to do Sugni's sardhakai.

Sugni was the reason I started to watch the show. I liked her fighting spirit in the face of enormous odds. Yes definitely there were times when she drove me absolutely mad with her actions and decisions but I always gave her some leeway because she was a young girl of 18 dealing with heartbreak and a problem that most adult women would find difficult and her only support was a mother who actions were more stupid than Sugni's.

The reason I liked Sugvi (and no it was not because of their rocking chemistry) was because what she was aiming for (marriage not a sardhakia) was soo difficult because the financial responsibilities would mean that it would need to be someone wealthy. That ruled out people of her own class. But someone from a wealthy family is not going to want to/want their son to marry an illegitimate daughter of a Bedni (prostitute) - imagine the social stigma. So by inference it would be someone a little older who was wealthy and had the strength and gravitas to stand up to their family and society for her. No one is going to take a 25 old seriously in such a situation.

Also Sugni was hot headed and impulsive which countered by TVS who thought through all the options before deciding on a course of action. So he listened to her but then dominated her when needed with affection and authority. In the situation she was facing the one person who could have guided her to make the right choices was the person she could not turn to - ironic.

well when we all noticed that changes in him we all complained and they had one answer to give and that was .. Adi is the hero and Vikram is the villain so **One month b4 - mean on july - WHEN we all asked them Not to ruin the story they said .. well vikram can not be the hero and within a month sugni will be with aditiya .. we wondered hows it possible mean she has vikram and adi had amrita so how ... and they said wait n watch .. and we all know the rest...

when they decided Adi is hero - they fired Anuj and hired Nandish and I guess Nandish wanted 2 make sure he is the hero so.. he became the hero .. 😡 now in order to make us support Adi they tried to ruin vikram's character and what we said PLEASE DON'T do it .. they did ...

if we asked .. Don't give him a gun .. they gave him

if we asked.. let him let her be on her own ... they made him run after her like an idiot ...

at some points instead of getting mad at him i just stood by him and said VIKRAM U R SO rite .. shut their mouths ufff just adini and G were too much to bear so instead of supporting adini **as they wanted** we all started hating them and supporting vikram

that wasnt enough then they tried to make him rapist oh sorry not rapist she also agreed to it .. so i can say wild and cross his limits but instead of us hating him i saw adini fans hating sugni and dropping her like she never been 😲🥱 what shall i say in order to make ADI hero they ruined Sugni's Name turned her into .. U know what

and vikram ... he was the hero who lost his head because of those silly writers !!!

then still they did not give up and they tried to make him murderer but that too did not work because adini was torture to watch !!!

Still i love one quality in vikram that they could not ruin that was ACCEPT HIS MISTAKES AND APOLOGIZE AND TRY TO AMEND THEM

even he remained Loyal to adi **KKnowing adi cheated him b4**

he found sugni and wanted to return her to her husband ./ that was the vikram we all Knew !!

He said sorry but did any of them said sorry 2 him ????

What can I add here/...Payal said it all...watching Vickram o through all that, watching the butchering of these characters was heart breaking. I was one rooting for Sugni...and then Vickram...
i was a fan of the chemestry...but apart from just the chemestry I agree with Payal Sugni needed that mature steady hand to guide her, protect her, given the environment of vultures she was in.
Adi could not cut it. the Love/hate angel they started with when he entered did not work here even if it was a tried and tested formula for serials...Because she already lived each day being insulted and degraded...the ":HERO" doing the same did not sit well.
I did not mind them breaking up...but was actually looking to see Sugni find her inner strnght and say OK I will make it on my own... instead she latched on to Adi because of her mother and could not see anything wrong in what she was doing, and when she did question it she was slapped by gulabiya and was told SITA MYA ki marzee hain... what crap...!

Actually I had forgotten about that slap Vinnie and Ronit

But that slap was not because Sugni questioned their actions - she did not, NOT ONCE. That thapad was because she said that although she could hide it from the world she could not hide it from herself that she still loved him. It was a thapad of an ambitious mother who was keeping her word to her brother that no matter what she will make sure Sugni's dream came true.

Every mother wants the best for their children and want all their dreams to come true. But it cannot come at any price. And the achievement would be futile if her new found family never trust or respect your daughter because both of you have lied to get their. But here no repercussions.

That was one of those things that never made sense in the show - Sugni and G never faced a day of hardship after SugVi broke up!!!! If TVS had to fight community for Sugni then why did that community not take offence at Adi marrying Sugni?

Why while G was shown as willing to do anything for Sugni MS was not shown as not giving a damn about her own son. Yes she would be very attached to her grandson but not one word about him lying to her face or marrying a woman his mama was suppose to marry - how wrong or sick that was?? not one word to Sugni for getting involved with her son and grand son one after the other????

No mother would put the welfare of an outsider over over her own son.

And TVS why did he put with all this. Whey did he not just go ahead with the divorce. Why did he not tell his mother what he was going to do. She would have huffed and puffed but ultimately given in.
