I agree with alot of points already pointed out. However, I disagree with the point of having to solve one issue in "three months". If anything, IMO, atleast this show gives time to a serious issue (even by TV soap standards) of equality in "gendre" and that too in a very male dominated society who's large infulence comes from a religious subtext as oppose to a group of macho(ist) male attitude. Having solved this matter in a short period of time is only mocking the matter than helping it.
But ultimately, it's sad that the domestic Indian viewership would rather watching women being depicted as backstabbing snakes and deceivers than actually getting more real with themselves about things that affect them. Keeping a blind eye only makes things worse.
Very well said!!!! Even I fail to understand, how can one find "relaxation", or enjoyment in scenes where one woman is depicted as witch and the other one would be without any self respect and would continue to take all the humiliation. Then there will be some "death scenes" where they will show details of all the rituals , and people find that interesting??????
