Why ever did Santhosh do this most hideous thing while SurYa were finally celebrating their hard earned victory? This woman who proudly keeps her nose sky high was running like a headless chicken to a woman who had insulted her son by leaving him at the altar. Was it real desperation to get Sandhya beendni back in RM for the sake of her esteemed parivaar or was it a subconscious or worse, a pre-meditated attempt to sabotage Sandy? Her fear of Sandy in IPS avataar in her dream was all too real. IPS Sandy is no ordinary mortal. She would be someone the whole of Pushkar will fear and respect. Santhosh's past crimes against her would be making her cringe inwardly for sure. Plus, her ego would not accept anyone being more powerful than her in RM. Apart from Suraj, it is Santhosh who knows her beendni's true capabilities. Has there ever been a trophy that Sandy has contested for and not won? Why would the untrained girl who saved Pushkar from terrorist attack and fake baba not be in contention for this trophy after receiving 11 months training? Santhosh knew very well she could do it but could not accept it. She wanted to take the sheen out of it by this ugly deed. Going to a woman who would have been Suraj's bride is really the worst insult to Sandy and Santhosh did not hesitate. I hate to say it, some mothers in law do go the distance.

@Deebz I am analyzing the outcome of this act and you have put the basis of this act quite aptly in your post.

Bhabo cannot stand Sandhya's glory for the simple reason that she is not her child and yet so bright, so talented and so sanskaari.

She cannot stand Pushkar doing jai jai kar of Sandhya her DIL, she still sees her as a threat to her power if given free reign. Hence want to control her like anything.

For that she is taking vachan after vachan and putting this girl prove everyday she is the best bahu always harping on her shortcoming on housekeeping and cooking.

The saddest part for me is that Sooraj is allowing her to do this on Sandhya in the name of parivaar.

But the saddest part is it is SURYA who is gonna pay the heavy price of this deed by Bhabo as CVs will never make Sooraj an ideal husband over an ideal son. He will continue worshipping Bhabo let alone whatever sacrifice they have to do including seperation.

But now if Sooraj let go of Sandhya for Bhabo I would say indeed Kavitha was right in running away from altar. It is always better not to have a husband who cant stand for you when it matters most.

when bb addressed sandy as her beendhni

dsa said not your beendhni anymore she is the asset ( the whole HG)

bb may give task so that she goes late to office

keep creating probs so that she quits the job

that is the one last thing bb would try

when things go out of control

when she can ask K to get sandy BCT

cant she ask K to create situation that sandy quits the job

bb can go upto any extent

remember she was the one who fed LC

Yes Shruthi. There Sandy vowed to serve the nation with integrity and before she can even start, her integrity has been sabotaged.

Now even more than Suraj, I want IPS Sandy to stop taking any BS from Bhabho. if Suraj cannot accept it, too bad. He needs to grow up.

I don't know what motivates Santosh to do these mad things...but I'm very sure she will do anything and everything to make life hell for Sandy and SurYa. and even if Kavi gets the better of her, she will put the whole thing on SurYa. No way to get out of this vicious cycle. But at least...some days of Kavi having the upper hand over Santosh will be good.

This 'Santosh MadamG' is very harebrained woman. Making my 'chulbul/sweet aamchi' to suffer from something something. Lagat hain uska encounter karna padiga. Will give her supaari to Kavi.😆.

I think you give Bhabo way too much credit. I doubt if she has the brains to premeditate sabotage against Sandhya to the level you are implying.

She is a simpleton, set in her ways. For her a household with subservient DILs doing the work that can be done by simple appliances is the ideal. Anything that shakes that ideal...she is automatically against. She went to Kavita to make sure after 11 months, the reset button is pressed and everything goes back to like it was before.

What she is failing to realize is that Sandhya is no longer going to be the potato peeling, floor mopping beendhni...she's an IPS officer, and things are never going to be the same.

But I agree...the fact that she went to Kavita for help is indeed an insult...to both Suraj and Sandhya.

I guess Bhabo will never learn...🤢

Great post Deebz. Now that I have celebrated enough and have watched the two awesome episodes to my hearts content, I will talk a about Bhabo.

You know what had stopped me from watching DABH for the last many months, before the TA track began. It was Bhabo asking her son to go and drown in the river, it was Bhabo doing her famous dance in the aangan. That is too much drama and I can't take it even for SoorYa.

There was a time when I actually liked Bhabo. Was she regressive? Definitely yes. But she had some integrity. She never went ahead and asked for a padhi-Likhi DIL, she could never stand lie.. But somewhere, they killed that Bhabo. She became the one who would feed her DIL alcohol so that she would miss her exams. She became the person who would go ahead and ask a politician for favors. I mean, the Bhabo that I had liked would not even go close to anything or anyone related to politics.

She's so engrossed in a world of her own, she fails to call a spade a spade.

How I want to see a Bhabo, who is gonna be proud of her DiL, who is going to support her, take a stand for her and set a real example.
