for them to get divorced, they have to be LEGALLY married first, i didn't see them sign and marriage licence/certificate? i;m not sure how the law work in india, but i assume that it takes more then a religious ceremony to be LEGALLY married.

but being a ekta show (kinda regressive) evenryone one will agonize over the wedding and think there no solution.

heres the solution just perfrom the religious ceremoney again with kt and lakshya and then have then sign the marriage licence/certificate and have then go on there marry way.

ignore the religiosu ceremoney that happened between kt ands eklavya, that would be the easist thing to do.

first of all ,marriage is not possible, when any one bride or groom, does not agree,, I mean christians say " I do" Muslim says " kabool hai,, so must, the meaning of saath phere should bw,,,,, N kT took pheras keeping lakshya in mind,, n Eklavya, as he showed to every one that he din't wanna marry KT,, so how is the marrigae true???? Ekta might have coined a new way for ppl to get married 😆

The marriage is legal. Under Indian law, there is a law called the Hindu Marriage Act which accepts Hindu ceremonies as legal. The seven pheras are the vows taken by the couple around the fire. This marriage has to be registered along with certain proofs like invitation cards and wedding pics etc. So this marriage is very much legal.

Ok if thats the case they can take a divorce cos more than ceremony, marriage takes place when 2 ppl voluntarily wants to marry each other, and if even one is agaisnt the marriage, how can the marriage be possible...ceremony is only the formality to bind the 2 ppl who wants to be with each other for life, so ceremony comes second, it is the will of the ppl who wants to marry that is more important. And even taking in the religions sense, such a ceremony with saath phere and all is done to make god witness of the act called marriage which has utmost sanctity and purity, so when god who knwos everythign himself saw that they dint marry in will, then y should these ppl actually remain husband and wife 'just' cos they took saat phere?!?!
