well look at all the tracks and see how TE has evolved -

MC track their rishta was new and both were from warring sections hence he had every reason to doubt her yet when he did his investigation and found her and her family to be innocent went all out to apologise

next was the fake pregnancy track where both suspect the other, yet it was TE who showed more logic and decided to first take her as innocent and investigate - but as for Jodha, she already had seen his goodness in Sukanya's marriage track - till this point after her attempted suicide, he had been taking all that she was dishing out, in his stride - so in the FP track she not only distrusts him but openly insults him and yet he takes it all

next was the dhakka and Ben - here he did not mistrust her, he is upset since he feels slighted - his pride was hurt and his manhood challenged and his integrity questioned with her SKLL aarop - yet through out he never was prejudiced towards her, warna would he not have latched on to the seeming implications on her in the Shivani elopement issue? yet he believes her and proves that it is not blind but based on hard, cold facts. Even with her accusation of Ben he does not dismiss her- abb Ben and her servant managed to fool everyone, toh what can one do - and as the Emperor dispensing justice, he cannot punish anyone based on here-say - it has to be on evidence - hard evidence and not circumstantial.

Now this is the first time when trust as an issue has really reared up its head - and once again the one who held on to it till the end was TE - it was Jodha, who with her Vachan, her silence and her answers made him believe what he accused her of - and now she is accusing him of not trusting her?!?!?! Laughable I would say!!!
