I don't think anyone noticed but in the precap, rudra, was actually putting medicine on her hand while she was telling him about the injury. So I think he notices she's injured puts ointment on it and asks hr how it happened at which point he will realise kakisas intentions. I can't wait!!

When i first saw the precap, I though when Rudra said "Ek aag woh khud diya ho"... he was thinking about the fire in Dilsher's room... if he himself cottoned onto it, then great!

Yeah he was applying ointment on her injury...but how in the world does he even see her injury? Her arms are fully covered with her sleeves (and bangles?)...I don't know how he'll find out about the injury without her mentioning it or something...or maybe he grabs her by the arm and she winces in pain and so he realizes there's something wrong with her wrist...I don't know, I think I'm just overanalyzing a really simple scene LOL...ignore me 😛
