Aastha The Second Option ?

I was one of those ppl who were very disappointed when we got da news of swati dieing ...cause I wanted shlok to choose aastha over swati ...and now that wouldn't happen and aastha would become shlok's compromise with life ...but after rewatching the 2 episodes I don't think so anymore

If shlok had still been pinning for her or still had some feelings for her they would have definitely come out watching her die and then doing her last rites ...if he still wanted her back in his life or loved her he would have expressed dat straight away ...if he still loved her he would never sau pyaar karta tha he would say karta hun ...u wouldn't lie abt ur fellings for someone who just died ...most importantly he wouldn't be soo ok after her death ...he wasn't grieving that she is gone from his life he was grieving that she is just no more

I think he still had feelings for her till the episode where anjali burns swati's memories but after dat those feelings gradually dissappeared cause he himself did da act by which he was so much hurt ..that is he burned his diary of swati memories

So when he doesn't even realise his fellings for aastha yet and he still didn't want her back in his life does da question of him choosing between da two even arise ?

i don't think aastha is his second choice now, and i seriously don't think he was still loving swati, because during his death, he didn't say come back i love u blah blah, he just said you didn't let me correct my mistakes..he has already moved on and was accepting aastha as his wife..during goa trip and after divorce he changed a bit, doesn't get angry anymore, he started listening to aastha, start admiring her, and after swati died he greived for that day only but the next he was like new day new life..if people are saying why aastha is pinning shlok to say ILU just after the death of his first love, let me ask them is shlok greiving not once he shed a single tear after that night, he was back to old self

he had already developed feeling for astha before swati died so astha is not the option for shlok. Astha is the love that came again in his life

Exactly my point ...if he still wanted her back he would have said something like pls come back ...and I love u toh he would have definitely blurted out ...and in da scene where he takes out her pic from the file he definitely had a admiring kind of expression on his face ...toh he definitely already had some feelings for her at that poin before swati's death

something is a big miss in shloke

the problem is he said i loved swati to astha after swati died ,obviously he is going to use past tense since she died

the point about astha as second option comes to mind now bcoz he wasnt ready to accept astha as wife with wifey rights & he wasnt in sleeping mood with astha before swati died ,u know ,but now after swati died he is in sleeping mood with astha as much as i felt & ready to accept astha as wife with wifey thingy

so if he moved on from swati before her death why didnt he accept astha this way before ,i mean married way ,why he is doing this now since swati died all of a sudden without taking some time first

it makes shloke somehow in wrong character bcoz suddenly there is u turn ,in his behavior towards astha ,before swati died astha told him 100000 times ILU ,she tried also so that shloke accept her but he didnt ,he used to insult her over & over again

now that swati died ,he knows swati isnt coming back from death so his behavior looks like he is free now to have a relation with astha which is very convenient now

why didnt he do that before bcoz did he feel he was cheating on swati with astha ??that makes astha as second conveient option & shlokie's character in wrong way ,bcoz he pined for swati after his marriage with astha for 7 long months ,even when he knew swati was married ,then why didnt he want to have married life with astha

the thing u r saying a longg back ,actually isnt long back about swati ,even during holi shlokie was in swati mood ,thats why he didnt let astha put color on him first or neither did he put color on her ,it was his parents request he did so ,even after astha's ILU confession in holi he could have attempt to accept astha ,it was astha who slept with him forcefully that night ,aditi came before more or less 1 month divorce hearing ,even when aditi was present shlokie was in swati land ,so it was not long before that he moved on from swati that u r saying

just after divorce hearing shloke knew astha wouldnt leave him ,then also he didnt behave this way to astha like he is doing now ,so after swwati died this 180" change ,so this makes astha as second option & shlokie's character in bad light

he didnt say swati ilu IN DEATH BED BUT HE DID SAY THAT SWATI ,I M UR SHLOKE so that kind of also confessing his love for swati ,also he said he wanted to correct mistakes ,how ??his mistakes was not trusting swati ,how will he correct it ??he is not having a relation with swati that he can trust swati again & correct the mistakes & also he did say that "swati i wont let anything happen to u "

he also said during V day time in his sleep "swati dont leave me ,plz " & also he used to run after swati image in V day in longing eyes
