Kalpi has found someone she can turn to in her moment of need and happiness. She has found someone who will not turn their back on her when she wants to open up. She wanted to tell Kamla about Raghav but Kamla had other situations to handle (which was ok) but she soon forgot about Kalpi and went on with her business, if she had been persistent, Kalpi would have opened up to her and tell her everything she was feeling.

But you see Kamla believes Kalpi is a rock who will never feel pain, that is why she always went when Pakhi wanted her. For example the night Pakhi confesses her feelings for Raghav to her, Kalpi had just come home after a traumatic experience, and expected her mother by her side, but she chose to go and listen to her Pookhi. Secondly the night when Pakhi takes KAMLA to Raghav despite knowing how special the day was for Kalpi and not feeling bad about it, that was such a stab in the heart. And thirdly, the day of her birthday, the way her mother abandoned her and did not care, in fact she was worried that Pakhi had not cut her birthday cake. All of these events transcended in making Kalpi a soul in dire need of some love; love she should have received without having to crave for it, and well I believe now she will acquire that motherly love from Gauri, and that is why I am loving their bond even more.Kalpi has not hidden anything from Gauri,why? because Gauri understands her, because Gauri showers attention on her when she turns to speak to her to general things.
