Doctor informs Saachi that there is 1 in 1 lakh chance of her concieving. She says that her age is also against her as her age is more. Saachi is heart-broken and asks doctor for a way out. Doctor says there will be lots of complications but prescribes some medicines anyway. DV and Saachi leave from there while Saachi is constantly crying. DV assures her that he does not want anything more than her. A child would have been good but its not without a child too as Saachi is everything for her. He asks her to be strong.
At home Suparna is waiting to see Saachi all teary and just then DV and Saachi return. Neena asks if everything is ok, but DV says he will tell later as Saachi needs rest right now. Saachi is crying in her room when Ajji calls and DV takes the call as Saachi is unable to take the call. But Ajji asks to talk to Saachi as she is missing her a lot, DV asks Saachi to talk to Ajji. She somehow talks to her. Ajji tells her that she found her childhood frock while dusting and so she began missing her a lot and her childhood. She then tells her that they have now kept this frock carefully to give to her daughter. Saachi is unable to control her tears and somehow manages to excuse herself saying Maa is calling.
Meanwhile Suparna coax Neena to call the doctor to know what's wrong. The doctor tells her that Saachi's chances of conceiving are very bleak as her thyroid gland count is high and her age is also against her. The doctor asks her to give moral support to Saachi. Neena tells this to Suparna and Suparna also pretends to be worried and says that because of Saachi's age, there will be problems. Neena is sad and Suparna thinks that this will put an end to the mother-daughter love.
Saachi is unable to sleep and is constantly thinking about DV's words and her reports. DV tries to support him saying that he is unable to see her crying. Saachi says how can she when she wanted a child so bad. DV says we can adopt a child but Saachi says she wanted her own child. DV says all he wants is her and noone else, not even a child. Saachi however says DV made a mistake marrying her. He should not have married her. DV says he made no mistake. He can live without kids but not without Saachi. Neena sees this while Suparna vows that she will not let Saachi become a mom.
Neena thinks that why she is thinking about thing which cannot happen. She should accept that she would never be able to see DV's child. Suparna comes and further bhadkaoes her saying that now DV would never become a father or get children's love. She asks Neena to take care of herself and leaves.
Precap: Suparna goes on bhadkaoing Neena against Saachi's age being her biggest problem.
