Listening to Rajveer tell Naina about Abhimanyu i feel that it is highly possible that abhimanyu will think that rajveer is the killer and that he has done it purposely..(jealousy could be one reason coz Naveen was the best Cadet...)According to Rajveer Abhi is a guy who does not trust easily...once abhi comes to know that rajveer shot naveen he will make Rajveer a criminal in everyone's eyes...

Isa bhi ho sakta hai ki Rajveer n Abhi are in it together and will just be acting out differences coz differences toh hoge ki..judging by rajveer's reaction to the name (abhimanyu rai chauhan)
