What happened to KJO's promotional strategies for his movies?

Two states is about to release and hell, there is no buzz for the film. music hasn't also picked up and it's getting such a thanda response. it's on the lines of Gori Tere Pyaar Mein and it now relies on Good word of mouth.

which brings me to a question? Who has happened to KJO? is he the same guy who used to take his every film quite seriously. most of his films have done pretty well, and even the ones which didn't, their promotions were always rock solid. what has happened now.

Gippi, HTP and now 2 states. the promotions, the buzz and the music all have been not up to the mark and Kjo doesn't seem to care at all !

what could be the reason behind this !

Music is bad. So that's why not picking up.

arjun have no mass and class appeal.

Trailers looks bad.

Too much emphasis on kiss.

Gippi was just a fun movie for kids and HTP did well then expected.

KJO lost SRK so his films have lost everything 😆 which is the case right now :)

Maybe 'cos these are medium budget films. He probably expects just hit status from these kinda films and don't want to spend too much on promotions. YJHD was promoted like hell with Ranbir and DP appearing on pretty much every channel. He'll promote Rohit Shetty-Sallu, Ayan-Ranbir films like usual.

Because of co-productions.
Read in Nadiadwala's interviews too. They had difference of opinion regarding how to promote the film. They have tied up with Mad Over Donuts for special 2 States donuts. I'm sure that's Karan's brainchild.😆
