raj was justified..further if he had said that he was shot by naina possibility was that the secret mastermind would get to the bottom of why that happened ...also raj is n will always be naina's mentor as he wants her to be the best cadet...also if naina will be court martialed then naveen's killers who are at large will not be caught..
