Actually this happened last Saturday evening and I forgot to share it as I got really busy after it.
My cousin sister is 13 (Neha). And she likes watching Sanaya stuff thanks to me cz I had shown her IPK Khushi videos as well as the CC videos and she loves the dogs n her scenes a lot..
Anyway the point it she wanted to watch RR at home and we get RR on Colors at 12 pm! yah.. ridiculous timing n I have resorted to watching it online cz of that!🥱 And she was quite upset.. But 2 weeks back she found a repeat at 7 pm and ended up watching the doll scene where Paro recognized the doll and ran.. And lol the kid was hooked.. And when they came over on Saturday she ended up trooping to my room with a trail of other little munchkins behind asking me to educate her on the initial story she missed..
The next in line is 8 - another girl (K)
Then 3 Boys - 8, 7 & 5... (Will call B8, B7 & B5 ok?LOL)
So well i started at the beginning to give her a marathon (AND censored session) of RR with the side role of translator as my own videos don't have subs as I don't need them!
So I will write down the conversation. 😆
Well I showed the 2 kids meeting scene first and explained Paro's parents had just died and she was sad cz of it.
The 8 yr old one asks (K) :why did she give him the doll!
Me : because he was crying and she wanted to make him happy
K: But it was her parents who gave it..
Me: I know.. but she gave it to him..
K: Paro is very nice
1 min of peace
K: he smiled!!! *claps*
Then the intro scene of adult Paro
Naha: di is that a real desert?
Me: yup! (and rattled off some other info to her)
B7 : A camelll!!!
Me: ya the camel is injured. So she just asked her friend to find a bush with some herbal leaves (explanation to Neha)
B7/8: di how can she treat a camel
Me: If u see a puppy on with a hurt leg u will help right? Camels r like puppies in the desert. They r their pets
I tell them the song she sings to take its pain away.
B5: is quiet - he is starring at the screen..And at Paro... (very unusual cz he is the brattiest of the lot and never quiet)
Rudra emerges
All boys: who is he who is he!
Me: to Neha : wait and see (hehe she is old enough to get anxious!😆)
B7: Is that a real gun?
Me: yes
one of the 3 : is he from the army?
me: yes
then Neha and I ignored for a bit LOL
B7: oh he wasted water! (seeing Rudra putting kerosene circle around Paro)
Me ignoring the mayhem explaining the past situation to Neha how she is scared of the BSD due to a misconception.
Rudra lights the circle of fire and a bunch of shrieks follow : why did he do it?
Me: I don't know, he didn't tell me! 😆
B7: Is he the bad guy?
Me: maybe...😛
I patiently let them scream a bit more and play the episode 2 video
Neha: aarrghhh!! diii! it was a dream!
Anyway lol this continued for a good 3hrs!! I had gotten them through fast forward or fully skipped action sequences cz they r too small n Neha is not interested in them.
The molesting scene
Bindi gets in to the chakdi and I translate what the men said that they knew her father and how Paro didn't want to get in to a vehicle with strangers..
Me: Now see what happens to her, cz this is what happens when u get in to a vehicle with a stranger even if they say they know amma and dad. *4 nods follow* 😛
Rudra goes in the bike
B5: where is his uniform?
Me: I don't know
B5: Why is he going in a bike? Is it his?
Me : yes
B5: where is his big gun?
Me: He forgot to bring it
B5: Why did he forget to bring it?
Me: because he forgot?
B5: But why did he forget?
Me: I don't know! 😆
Bindi is thrown out
K: dii what will happen to her..
Me: I don't know
I fast forward Paro scenes so they don't see the traumatising parts till Rudra drives by ignoring and Paro crying.
Neha: di why isn't he rescuing her 😲
Me: cz its not his business, he doesn't even know her. 😈
K: but she gave him the doll when they were small!ðŸ˜
me: K sweetie they don't know it was each other. remember?
Anyway Rudra saves the day and Paro and then the gun is fired and they roll on floor
B8: wow! He is the good guy! 😆
Neha: a bit too mesmerized lol.. she is in parud world *I am spoiling that kid! My uncle is not gonna be too happy!* 😆
Then Rudra goes after the goons leaving Paro behind and the bike explodes
All 3Boys: oh no!! Did that bike really explode?
Me: yes
B8: how did it explode?
Me: because some1 shot it - and the petrol in it made it explode
B5: di why did they make the bike explode?
Me: I don't know
B5: now he doesn't have a bike
Me: ya
B7: what a waste of a bike! It really was a nice bike
Me: hmm.. *trying to tune out and pay attention to Rudra carrying Paro*
K: why did Paro faint?
Me: She is scared of fire remember?
B7: poor bike..they really shouldn't have made that explode..😆
B7 & 8 r busy mourning the demise of the bike and I got some peace as I skimmed through the interrogation parts and got to the haveli after giving a summary to Neha.😆
Finally the 3 boys lost interest n we watched while they started playing with my soft toys collection on the sofa. And then left outside for a while.
Anyway after abt 1hr me and Neha seriously watched as I explained the story to her.
B5 returns and Paro and Suneri are in a scene
B5: di.. she isn't very pretty... *fidgets*
Me a bit distracted: who?
He keeps a finger on Suneri
Me: umm..well.. *at a loss of words* well its not nice to say Inu...
Neha : then who is pretty?
B5: But she is!!! *touching the screen!*
And then i realized why he was quiet when Paro came in the titili song! 🤣 And me and Neha started laughing cz this is not the first time! that kid is so bad!!
in his kindergarten class there was a ballroom dance for the concert and he sulked throughout the period for being paired with the girl who wasn't his choice - his choice was a doll like little girl who was a mix South asian & chinese! 😆
Me: Neha u r gonna have handful when he grows up! 😆
Rudra comes *thank god! we managed to divert the topic*
B7: He has worn the uniform again!! And how did he get so many stars?
