loved ur take ... its one of the best perceptive on the characters. i think most people are projecting their own emotions on to the characters. i thought rudra and paro were how they always are. paro gets strength from her beliefs in fate n god. for her he was already her husband. it was a matter of social ceremony. and rudra the only thing in his life that matters is his uniform at this point for him even paro does not rank above his job. he only has a soft spot for her n he does not understand emotions of love anywaz. all the vows are gonna fall harder on rudra than paro anywaz. he will suffer more for having done what he has done. when he realizes the value of paro in his life ... he will feel wore than paro felt yest.

Beautiful Sush .I liked the episode besides most of the people who are against it.
Rudra is in pain and he did what anyone in his shoes and background would come up with. His pains associated with his mother are bringing the worse in him.

Thnx for the brilliant post as always😊

Hi sush, Thank god for your post today. Its like this. You watch an episode, kind of like it, come on IF and read everyones opinion, not too happy cause its not what you thought. Then start wondering where the feminist in you disappeared, then reluctantly worry why Paro is putting up with such stuff, but also silently wait to see what will happen next...phew that's double standards for me. Now that your post is here, im back to 'so I was right, that's what actually happened!' and its still a story that belongs to a writer...so shamelessly enjoy it I will...wait for the next twist... I will.

I actually liked his hate behind the vachans, because now Paro has her work cut out and we are there with her on her journey to prove him wrong in each and every vachan. and of course there will have to be a lot of redemption too. I also loved the Team Paro who rounded up and welcomed her. Rudra must have returned expecting a crying Paro, but what he got was a smiling Paro doing her grihapravesh!

Hi Malika...A discussion board is meant for all possible views and every variation possible...I belive it is best not to overthink and enjoy what strikes a chord with you...
It was really nice to see Paro being accepted by the rest of the family who was so welcoming ...It was nice to see that Paro didnt look like a person who was exploited...Yes...she was surprised at the manner it was conducted...but not disappointed with the result...😃
Idont know how long Rudy will last with each one of those vachans though...😆
