Bira is easily bigger superstar than this akki chikky pikky likky whose last 10 films have been either below averages or flops. So he has to praise him. Even acting wise Akki stands nowhere near Biru.. akki can be compared to sallu only as far as acting is concerned.
Regarding Ranveer again he's a better actor than Akki and will soon become a bigger star than him.
Akki has given the maximum flops given by any Bollywood lead actor till date. He got a few hits in 2007-08 period. Before that and after that he's been what you call the prototype of a "flop star"
