Simple Kaul maybe (married and wouldn't mind doing a side role)
and she's done grey characters before

Or maybe anupriya kapoor (I know she doesn't fulfill either of the two categories, but I think that it would make things super interesting) She's only really played positive character so a negative character would be interesting

They can only succeed with a new face, established actress would ruin the show. Her fans would come ruin the whole dynamic of the show. With an established actress they will need to please her fans with lots of scenes for her.

Also because the leads are new the side characters have to be new.
