When did Sid get a job? Did I miss something? Did he join Varad's company?

Looks like Sid is an orphan. When he was about to leave for work, Jyothi offers him sweetened yogurt as it is his first day of work. He tells her that she is not going to stay with him forever and hence she should not spoil him like this with her care. But Jyothi took it otherwise. She thought that she should not be a burden on him for too long. For the first time after running away from Abhay, Jyothi went out of the house, though out of compulsion. She tries to call Aastha as she doesn't trust her own family,but the call doesn't connect. Strange that its always strangers who help her, be it Aastha or Sid.

Kalindi and Avdhoot go to the Agnihotris to invite them to their house for dinner and start afresh on building the relationships that have become weak due to past events. Anjali, who is worried about Aastha disturbing the peace of the house by going against Niranjan in Aditi issue, greets them with her taunts. I think, Anjali also fears that she will be summoned by Niranjan to do the dirty job of separating Aastha from Kalindi. She talked to Kalindi in a very calm manner when Shlok and Aastha had an accident, though Kalindi accused them of many things. But today she was picking fights intentionally at every word Kalindi said, as if she wants Kalindi to become protective of Aastha and take her away. She is constantly torn between Niranjan and other relationships in her life.

Niranjan appears cheerful at seeing them and receives them warmly. He is just putting up an act, actually, that he is happy to see them. When Kalindi told him that they came to invite them for dinner at their house, he looked at Anjali and she told them that all of them cannot attend and they will definitely send Aastha over. Shlok throws a look at her and seeing this, Niranjan quickly corrects her by saying that Shlok will accompany Aastha. He tells them that he wants to start building this relationship afresh. While the divorce issue was hanging on his head, he let Aastha have her way but I don't think he will allow that now. He will start tightening the noose slowly but surely.

Aastha loves teasing Shlok these days. She tells him that she is so happy to visit her parents' house for the first time with him. Now he is uncomfortable with this as she is telling that he is slowly settling into domestic bliss. He tells her to get ready fast. When he sees her struggling with her blouse, he readily jumps in to help... out of humanity. He signals her with his eyes to move her hair away so that he can get a better view. NO, he didn't throw an admiring look at her in the mirror! He ties it with utmost care, tugging it a few times just to ensure that it is tight enough. His fingers accidentally brushed her back a few times. It happens. He agreed to put on the coat at her request and again he did NOT throw any admiring glances at her when she was dressing him up. She teases him some more on the way to her parents' house. They totally don't see Jyothi walking on the footpath as is the norm in serials.

Kalindi takes revenge on Shlok by overfeeding him and making him run to the toilet through out their stay. When they are about to leave Ajju gifts him a ring as if he doesn't have enough rings already. He, like a good boy, accepts it after Aastha signals him to. Kalindi asks him to take care of Aastha because as a parent, she feels the pain when her daughter is hurt. She tells him that he will understand this only when he becomes a father. Ajju asks Aastha when she is making her a great grandmother. Expectations are piling up over him and Shlokie feels suffocated. Poor baby!

It was a fun episode for me though nothing much happened in terms of story. Enjoyed it.
