Sarla asks Arundati to take Nitika with her and go get some water… Nitika asks sarla if she really wants them to go and get water… salra says that they will have to since kkusum is not home and there is no one with Abhay… Sarla says that fine, she'll go but Nitika stops her and says that they will go get it…
Nitika and Arundati are standing in line to get some water… They ask the ladies how much time it would take… The ladies there tell them that that wasn't the line for water and they point out where they should go if they need water… Arundati is upset and says that they never even use to life the glass of water themselves, but now they have to go search for water… Nitika says that she hopes Lalit and Kapil find some jobs… Arundati agrees with her… She says that she cannot stay here anymore… Arundati says now they have to stand in a line just to get water… Nitika asks if she would have to request them for water… Arundati asks her to go try… Nitika goes up in front to get water when the ladies who are in standing in front misbehave with her and say that she would have to wait for her turn … Arundati asks Nitika why she is standing in a line… She says loudly that a tank of water just came in the chavl and they should go there… All the ladies leave for the chavl after hearing this… Nitika is amused… Arundati asks her to hurry up and fill the water… Nitika says that she liked the way Arundati lied for her today…As they turn around to leave, they see the ladies coming back and looking at them angrily… Arundati asks Nitika to pretend as if nothing happened… They tell the ladies that they were just joking and they were sorry… Arundati and Nitika start to move when they trip and fall down… Everyone starts laughing…
Kkusum is in a supermarket… The shopkeeper comes to her and says that she should have just called him and he would have sent the stuff to their house… Kkusum says that she was just passing by, so she thought she'll get it herself… The bill comes out to be 580… Kkusum just has 500, so the shopkeeper asks her to take the stuff and pay him later… Kumud is watching all this… Kkusum just gets 500 worth of stuff… She sees Kumud in the store and Kumud offers her some money… Kkusum refuses to which Kumud says that whenever Ayee needed something, Kkusum always helped, so why can't she help… kkusum says that she is her daughter but she is also someone else's daughter-in-law now… Kkusum says that she would have definitely taken Kumud's help if this was Kumud's own money, but this is her husband's money… Kumud says that she is not giving this money as someone's daughter-in-law but as a daughter… She says that if she thinks that this is Kshitij's money, then she will work for her… kkusum says that if she accepts her money, then she will feel disappointed, and she knows that Kumud would not let her do anything that would make her feel disappointed… Kkusum leaves from there…
Kkusum comes back home… She sees Nitin reading a book… Kapil asks Kkusum what the matter was. Kapil says that when time is bad, then luck doe not support anyone either… Kkusum says that luck has nothing to do with it… Mahi is responsible for everything, She has forced everyone not to give them jobs… Kapil says that they shouldn't expect anything from anyone, they should do something themselves… Nitika says that in order to start some new work, they need money… kkusum says that it will be arranged somehow… she says that no matter what, they should start their own business… She asks Kapil if there is a way any bank would loan them the money… Kapil says that he will try… Sarla and Nitin look upset… Nitin leaves from there… kkusum says that they must first arrange Rs 4000 that Nitin had taken from work… She asks where Arundati was?
Arundati is sitting in a restaurant and playing cards… Her friends ask her why is she losing… Mahi comes there and says that with her around, she cannot lose… Arundati says that she wants to talk to Mahi… They go away from the table… Arundati asks for some more money from Mahi… Mahi says that there is a way that she can get the money without asking it from her everyday… She says that Aru and Kapil would have to move to Kapoor house with Mahi and leave everyone else… Mahi leaves and Arundati is left thinking…
Ayee comes to meet Kkusum… She says that she was going for Ganeshji's darshan and she thought she would take kkusum with her… She says that kumud would be there too… Kkusum says that she wants to go and get prashad for Abhay but she can't leave Abhay… Sarla asks her to go… Kkusum agrees…
They go to the temple… Kkusum, Kumud, and Ayee are praying… They show Abhay having an attack at the same time… The family is trying to control him but he keeps getting the attack… "Hare Krishna" is being played in the background…
Kumud says that she is going to Shidi for a mannat she kept for Abhay… Kkusum comes home and finds a huge crowd outside her house… She runs in and sees Abhay having an attack… Kkusum gets hysterical and starts shouting for abhay… They take him to the hospital… the doctor asks them to pay in advance… Nitin says that he will have to ask Aryaman for help now… Kkusum tells him that they have gone to Shidi… Nitin asks the doctor to start the treatment and that he will arrange the money… The doctor says that this is a private hospital and they need the advance… Kkusum asks the doctor if money was more important than someone's life… She says that they will arrange the money… The doctor asks them to take Abhay to some government hospital… Nitin says that they will have to take abhay to some government hospital… the whole family is devastated… They take him there… There was no doctor or nurse at the government hospital… Finally they find a doctor… The doctor says that he already has a lot of patients… Kkusum asks him to atleast look at Abhay… The doctor checks him up and asks the ward boy to take him inside…
Kali comes there… She is crying a lot… Sarla asks her why she was there… Kali says that she wants to meet Abhay… Sarla refuses… Kali pleads… Nitika also says that she cannot meet Abhay since she is responsible for all this… Kali looks at Kkusum… Sarla asks her to leave… Kkusum gives her permission to go and see abhay… Nitika asks her why she let her go… Kkusum says that she cannot stop her from meeting her own Dad…
Kali is sitting beside Abhay… She says that she is responsible for everything… she asks for forgiveness…
Kali goes to Mahi…She is still crying… Mahi asks her to calm down and asks why she was crying… Kali tells her hat she cannot see abhay in this condition… She tells her to do something and hugs her… Mahi hugs her back but gives a wicked smile behind her back…

The doctor tells Nitin that he would have to take Abhay to a private hospital to get some tests done and says that it would cost atleast Rs 50000…
Sarla is worried that how will they arrange the money when Mahi shows up and asks them to let her take Abhay since they cannot afford the treatment… Kkusum is shocked…Sarla asks her who she was to take abhay with her…
