I enjoy it when they do that and it definately works as far as pulling the audience in. I even saw the mega episode of KSBKBT,KGGK & Kayamath even though I dont have star plus.

But on a slightly different note, I wish they would promote Dulhann in the usual way too. Where are the promos?! 😡

and when there was zee cine awards.. they said things about zee cine awards in kasam se 😆

Yeah, I have seen some of them too. I think they are saving money for promos. Iguess characters in Drama have no work to do so they pass their time watching TV.
