JW is not in his senses yet we expect Bani to be in her sense, why is that?

1st He proves her mad in court,
when she escapes and comes home, she see JW & Pia getting ready for marriage
After 5 years when she comes back, she sees Pia and JW hugging in jail....

now what are her reasoning to believe, trust and forgive JW? why would she pull up her socks and become strong woman, think as her own fight and save jw? why? did he give any indication that he still loves her?

Exactly what your concerns are is what we are all trying to figure out as well.First of all I agree with you and all your points. The creatives are so confused they feel that by introducing new characters it would steer us towards another direction and we would get caught up with that, we would forget all the unfinished storylines, maybe they even think that we would forget about Pia, Jigs and Karuna not forgetting Sahil, they are the reason for Bani's dilema, it is her own Sister who is the mastermind behind to hurt her, even if she believes Jai hurt her delibrate, I would still aim at going after my Sister as the reason for revenge because she even in the Mental Assylmn tortured her.
Bani's character is weaker now and is getting to be very annoying but maybe this is what the creatives hope to achieve, by destroying Bani's image and Jai's they would have the leverage to give the new characters they are introducing a chance for us to accept them, this is wrong we are on to you, you cannot continue to punish the innocent and allow the Bad to go free by transforming them suddenly, it is wrong and I completely agree with you, where are we heading.

i agree with this...but i dont understand the concept of making her character weak. How can both your leads be sooo weak? how is your story going to sustain?

and i believe introduce new characters, but only to move the story forward!

Yes totally, introduce new characters only to move the Story forward. This show's lead characters are Bani and Jai, they are bringing in new characters but they have gotton soo confused with all the unfinished storyplots that it is difficult to follow what is happening, Bani's revenge is warranted but it should be her cause not to be used by AD to fulfil his agenda nad this is why I say Bani is not correct in being part of destroying Jai with AD.What about her Kids, like it or not thye are with Jai and by destroying him what is it going to do to them, yes he took them away from her but two wrongs don't make a right. Kasam Se is going down the hill, creatives get carried away and that is what is happening, thye are so far away, it would take a well planned journey to bring them back.
