I have been an admirer of the fiesty Kumud Sundari. Who loves picking up arguments with Saras, who loves having the upper hand. Who has ego in abundance. Definitely not the over-sacrificing type we see of late.
But I have mostly leaned more towards Saras.
One thing we all agree is that Jennifer is a tremendous actress who does her role with ease. The histrionics she displays and the rona dona - all that is not easy. But she does it with ease as if it's her 'baayein hath ka khel'. With not much fuss n with lot of professionalism.
Today, the way she cried was awesome. I didn't like how she cried earlier where there is a mixture of anger n crying. Because that combo was shown too many times in this show. Beaten to death.
The despair and helplessness she showed was superb.
We are bored of this detective track that serves no purpose as such except that her absence is bringing the brothers closer. What she couldn't do by staying around, she is achieving with her absence.
But in all this, her act today stood out for me.
