This is the time for Haider to step up and tell Zoya the truth about her father, this girl needs to face the harsh truth of the father that she has built a fairy tail around. Her blind trust in this man was unbelievable at best.
No matter how guilty Rashid was or is it does not take away form how irresponsible Zoya was, I understand she is desperate she is to meet her father but she left her FIL unprotected after promising she will look after him.

In my opinion you are being too NICE to Rashid. I credit Rashid for destroying Haider's childhood because his parents committed suicide because lost their hard-earned factory.
Has has done a lot more wrong than light a fire.

But Rashid not being completely innocent and Zoya being careless, are two completely different things.

After all the bad things Zoya knows about her father she is still trying to save him, she doesn't want him to go to jail.
The same applies to Asad, just because his father did a lot of wrong doesn't mean he wanted him dead, or that he can excuse Zoya's carelessness. If that's how it works, then people should also say that Zoya should accept what Asad is saying and allow Gaffur to go jail. Can she really say, 'my dad isn't innocent, let him go to jail?' No. So why should Asad say my dad wasn't a great person, so it's ok he's dead, and that you were so careless about his safety?

I've always found it weird how people always justify Zoya's careless attitude. At the end of the day even she thought it wasn't safe for her to leave Rashid, but she still did it. She risked Rashid's life, to meet her father. If there was nothing to fear, then Asad wouldn't have told her not leave Rashid's side. People should put themselves in Asad's place, and think if their father was murdered, and it could've been prevented if your partner kept watch over him like you asked, wouldn't you hold them at least a tiny bit responsible?
