does anyone in this country has the authority to send somebody to gallows
on the basis of trial court's verdit...
even if the convict does not appeal
death sentence have to be confirmed automatically by the high court...

yeh kya dikha rahe hai...earlier I used to laugh off their ignorance in the name of
cinematic drama...
but this episode of sending somebody to gallows on the basis of trial court verdi...

striclty speaking the judge is right in his verdit
but any capital punishment has to be confirmed by the High Court compulsorily
but this is legal system of uttaran...

hey, I have got the proof, stop this hanging
and hanging will stop immediately

yeah thatswat i m saying that judge is rite in giving verdict on the basis of evidences provided 2 him.but capital punishment has 2 b confirmed by high court.
