If I'm not wrong, FOX has taken over BV, so Phantom has nothing to lose. The amount they spent initially, FOX has probably paid that sum to Phantom.

Yes. Fox Star Studios has bought the rights for BV for 90 crores. Anurag should be flushed with money.
