When the Avada Kedavra Curse struck him...his body collapsed while his soul couldn't be destroyed coz it was the only part of his soul in his body..and since his other souls were earth bound...it remained intact. That is the part if his soul, which lived on in Albania, in some forest, for almost 14 years.

Lolz...he made NAGINI his 6th horcrux. But he used Frank Bryce's MURDER to SPLIT his soul!

Since my original post is close. I still want to know if Harry is last Horcurx as said in below dialogue

"'Unless I'm much mistaken, he transferred some of his own powers to on the night he gave you that scar. Not something he intended to do, I'm sure...' [Dumbledore]
'Voldemort put a bit of himself in me?' Harry said, thunderstruck.
'It certainly seems so.'"

Do u guys think that Harry himself is Horcruxes. Is soul & power different....Reason I am saying this is DD said he gave some power to you..& harry said put bit of himself in me...what is difference..
