Shlok has not been shown to be a totally bad person( in spite of his deceit).

He is shown to have compassion, a strong sense of duty and helpfulness.

This being the case, tomorrow if he confessed love to Astha or started behaving lovingly,

how can one say that it is not because of guilt (for what he did) or pity/compassion

for Astha's plight, especially after he overheard her monologue today?

it depends upon the situation in which he confesses...though i do not see a confession coming any time soon...

he said today, "whoever may say anything, by now you should have known the reality of our relation" to aastha and when she left, he said this girl will never learn/understand , sorry do not remember proper word he used...

so i am guessing that aastha will learn and has already learned a bit to understand shlok's unspoken words, i think he will only need to clarify his behaviour at SR , when the proper time comes...

ya he knows astha loves him...he can feel it every moment in her acts...but i dont think he will ever confess till he himself is convinced...

Maybe once Astha leave, he will then realise how much she means to him. I want her to go back to her parents so we could see Shlok missing her...

I don't think he is the type to admit his love even if he really realized that he loves aastha,let alone lie to her out of compassion. He believes that showing someone how much you love them is a weakness which the other peson will use against him exception are his family
