She is feeling guilty more then anything.. she is feeling selfish. Abortion means killing a unborn child and that to was for saving her life so the guilt is killing her inside 😭

it looked like she has lost all hopes that she might get pregnant in future or not and she have so many questions on her face when she even moves her eyes, they are so expressive that we can see what pain is in them.

I completely agree with you.
The guilt of killing your child to save your life is killing her from inside. It is coming out in the form of anger, depression and lot of mood swings.

Also, this is the second time with her. Losing your child is not an easy emotion and situation to deal with and if it's twice then it's all the more difficult.

So sad... What a change... If it was the first time, i think that she should have surrender this phase quickly... but now... not at all ... This is the second time she lost a baby and I think that this is an horrible moment in her life... Hope Naksh and Naitik will change her into the cutiest, happy and love-life Akshara...
