Paro...what were you today?? What were you thinking when you announced to the whole world by and large that you trusted him? What did you mean when you insisted that even the whole army could be protecting you yet you would not feel so safe as you felt with one man...your Jallad? What was your role then, a trusting captive, a vulnerable at risk witness, one who fears for her life or just one who trusts...
Or when Aman offered to drop you at the relative comfort of the tent and you refused cause you wanted to stay with him...what were you then, a good friend who stays near in bad times, a comrade in arms, or just a good human being, or just like him you were being his protector, he did not leave your side and now you refuse to leave him alone...
Or when you offered his services to your MamiSa without even consulting him and with so much confidence, what were you thinking? That he is an awesome soldier, a brave human being who is dedicated enough to lay down his life for his cause, or that you already felt some kind of right, some ownership on the man, and that you could speak for him to an extent...
And what followed next, fails words. What were you a protector, a keeper, a mother, a lover, a shoulder to cry on, a confidant, a girlfriend, a nurse...what and what not??
Phew...Paro Bai Sa the roles you played today were so complex, so multi layered, you covered the whole spectrum. And so does a woman in her life...even the Vedas of ancient times say the same...You were his everything. From rushing to bandage his bleeding wounds, to his bleeding heart, from lending a shoulder to cry on, and even sleep on, to being a hugger albeit involuntarily !! From being the one who shushed him, to the one who comforted him and made sense out of his incoherent mumblings. To fulfilling his every need and whim, be it his need to be with you, or his rumbling stomach, from feeding him like a baby, to quenching his thirst like a child. From wiping his mouth (oh that touch on his lips and moochiyas...if that man was in his senses...you would be in deep trouble Paro...but the man was on vacation...the child had taken over), to letting him sleep in your lap... You fulfilled every role of a woman, that of a nourisher, protector, caretaker, lover, friend...you were all that a man can ever need or dream... caring, worrying, tender, gentle, understanding, giving, intuitive, loving...today you were a true woman!! What a man did for a woman in days, was all given back and more in just a few hours!!
And lucky is the man who's life is so touched by a woman!!
P.S...The following is what I had in mind, trust our intuitive forum member to read my mind and come to my rescue...😊
