OH MY GOSH GUYS
YOU'LL NEVER GUESS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME ON SUNDAY. There's a street here called "gerard stree" with all indian/pakistani stores with clothing, grocery, resturants etc. Anywho, me and my mom went to grab a few things from there. I saw a group of girls across the street infront of an indian restaurant. I asked some guy passing by what's the huddle for and he said "I don't know......some indian star is there". Out of curiosity, I crossed the street to find out what's going on. There was a table that had a small pamphlet of the movie by Deepta Mehta called "WATER". I was reading that and crossing the street. I got closer to the crowd and push my way through. Some guy stepped on my foot, so I pushed him and moved up further..........only to see JOHN ABRAHAM signing autographs and taking pics with all these girls. All these girls were all over him and there were sooooooo many lights flashing from cameras and cell phones and people trying to take pics.
I got a little more up close and was just standing there holding the poster for the movie in my hands. I wasn't screaming of anything and was just watching him. ALL OF A SUDDEN........John Abraham saw me standing there quietly, made eye contact with me and reached out his hand to take my poster and sign it. CAN U BELIEVE HE ACTUALLY SMILED AND ME AND REACHED OUT HIS HAND......and ignored the girls trying to take pics with him???????
Anywayz........I am no bollywood fan and wasn't a fan of John Abraham before......but now I am. I must say, he is a gentleman and very nice. And FYI...........HE'S MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH GOOD-LOOKING in person than on-screen. Even my mom says he looks smart and cute.
Deepa Mehta was eating in the restuarant. I knew him, and Lisa Ray were in Toronto for the Film Festival........but I never though I would meet him that like......I totally didn't expect it.
Anywho, I know this had nothing to do with Kkusum.....but I had to share it with all you guys. My my my......what a weekend. 😉
