Mahanto asks Madhu to go as business trip was very important, Shikha ensures Madhu that she will take care of Adi, Madhu leaves half heartedly.
Neeraj goes to Mumbai to meet Shikha's doctor and finds assistant Ajay's home address.
Shikha called Neeraj and tells him about Adi's fall which reminded her of her own fall from the cliff, she says today she is very happy and cuts the phone saying talk to you later, Arya heard the last part and asks S about her BF, S says that's a secret, Arya tells S that they (she and her mom) are going out, no one is at home, she requests S to take care of Adi. S accepts.
Adi is bored and throws remote, S catches it, and asks him why he is angry? Is he missing his wife? Adi gets confused, S says don't worry I will not tell your wife, Adi says you always talk about my wife to insult me, S says yesterday I was not feeling good so I was not in the mood, you can take revenge today as you are not feeling good today.
S says I will give you company today, and sweet talks Adi, Servent asks about lunch, S tells to get two lunches to Adi's room. Lunch is served. S gives Adi his lunch and takes his care too. S leaves.
Arnav is crying, nanni is trying to feed him and screaming at Arnav, S shouts at Nani and feeds Manav herself, Sunaina comes there and says you fed Arnav everything, even Madhu couldn't do that, S says she took some classes in the college about child care which worked today.
Neeraj finds Ajay's house and meets Ajay's mother, she doesn't know anything about Ajay and she is worried about her son too.
S brought clutches for Adi, and asks him to go out for a walk with the help of clutches, she helps him to get up, eye-lock. Adi is outside the room and his phone rings, S picks up as it's Madhu, M gets upset with S and A.
