Well Kolangal is one of the boring serials on air. Why are they dragging the story like this ? They haven't showed the court's final judgement on the case of the murder of the jail woman.yet.They have successfully wasted abt 2 weeks already.Instead they show some nonsense like Alamelu and others. Instead I've started watching Left Right Left on SAB which is excellent. It's quite good than Kolangal.Post ur views.

i agree with you. From reading it, seems a total waste and utter bore i wonder for people who watch the serial regularly how they feel. One thing i dont understand how comes it has the highest TRP reading. Is people in India are crazy abt this serial.

It has the highest TRP rating among tamil serials and that is mainly because of 2 things--the timing is at 9pm Indian time which is very convenient for everyone and also the heroine Devayani commands lot of star value.

So even if story drags, once in a while Thols makes some twist and keeps some interest at least in the serial.

Well, I think we do have more boring serials in air like Kasthuri, Muhurtham, sometimes Malargal, Pasam, Nanayam and even Surya...so kolangal is not that bad compared to them. (Sorry if I have offended any fans of this serials I have mentioned , but its my view 😉 )

Like Dasa said, the timing is also in favour for them as 9 o'clock is the time where people mostly are relaxed after work and a suitable food time( its for me so 😆 )
