Are Farhan akhtar and Zoya akhtar same person

Lot of stories running wild in media that farhan and zoya are actually same person. Just he puts makeup and dresses up like female to become zoya akhtar.
In milkha singh also he did this physical transformation. Anyone knows is it true?
Has anyone seen them together.

I have seen siblings (not twins) who look similar but these two look not similar but just the same.
