in if video about Vivian came . I saw they were telling that Vivian belongs to ak's family . VD coming as KRK's son ok but ak's family member looking like RK , how can . kahin ak RK's itna nafrat kartha hai that he did plastic surgery to his family member who is not well and enjoying as if RK is in pain. like mb1 mein sultan loved sautela chota bhai RK's wife , in mb2 also ak loves his sautela chota bhai's wife .
