Mrs.D's phone call

I'm very curious about tht phone call tht mrs.D was attending when she forbade alison to go out. Whom was she talking to and about what? And does ths hav any connection to the whole mystery??

She said "How could this happen?" and "I'm very very worried" somethng abt news as well. On PLL nothng is coincidental or random :-P so im sure its connected to the mystery in some way! And then what she told ali abt spencer's family cannot be ignored. "I've seen what they're capable of" Intriguing. What does she know? she clearly thought ali was in danger from spencer or one of the hastings. Was the phone call also related to hastings or to sumthng totally diffrnt, like her husband? Or jason?
