Maham could not digest the fact her son Jallal is neglecting her, she wanted him to pacify her shout at her, punish her humiliate her, question her... but she is not even called to meet him... she can face his hatread but not his silence, its being two days that Jalal went silence anf remained alone in his chambers, Maham wanted to face him but untill and unless shehensha e hindustan wishes to see anyone no one could see him...
Hamida was worried for her son, as Jalal has isolated from the whole world, Ruquaiyya could not understand Jalals pain and the reason for it...
Jodha was worried too for him,, but didnt had courage to face him, even if she wished too the circustances were against her...

She sat infront of Kanha...
"Kanha, he beleieved me, he believes you, and i am happy kanha"
Hamida Bhanu came to meet jodha seeing her praying to her kanha she sat there waiting for jodha to finish her pooja...
"woh hum par vishwaas karthe hai, paranthu, woh humse milne kyun nahin aaye"
Jodha sang her aarti to kanha turned around to see her ammijaan with gulbadan begum...
Jodha offered them aarti...and took their blessings...
HB was worried and jodha could easily make out that, but HB was sure that the reason of jalals pain was jodha and she is the solution for it too...
"ammi jaan aap yahan subah subah"
HB caresses her head and orders the bandhis to leave the hojra...
HB makes her sit near her...
"jodha, do not feel bad that i am asking you this, what happened between you and Jalal i can see him depreseed, after meeting you he never came out of his chamber nor even came to DEK, he is in pain i can understand, did any thing went wrong in between you and him"
Jodha bends her head... as she also dont know the full matter, she only knows that he believed her...and his eyes were filled with calmness when he met her last time...but HB questions put her in dilemma...
"ammi jaan there is nothing like that, whatever was the problem its solved between us"
HB gets up...and looks at Gulbadan.
Gulbadan speaks on behalf of HB
"see jodha, bhabhi jaan is worried for jalals health, he was fine two days back, may be you are hiding something from us, but as a wife jallal needs you this time, Ruquaiyya and salima begum refused to go to jalals chamber when he has ordered not to meet him...so Bhabhi jaan wants you to meet him, as jalal is patience towards you unlike others..."
Jodha gets scared
"nahin phupphi jaan, shehensha will not spare me if i go against his wish, i dont dare to face him"
HB
"ye hamara iltija hai jodha, just meet him once and let us know how he is..."
Jodha could not refuse her ammi jaan...

Jodha takes her daasis with plate full of food cooked by HB and herself...
Jodha reaches his chamber but his guards stop her, but seeing Jodha and her order they let her go inside under her own risk...

"arrey bewakoof, when jalal has put himself inside the shell and if i break the rules he will punish me, i cant take that risk..."

HB and Gulbadan will be worried that what if jalal gets anger on jodha as they have forced her to go inside his hojra when he has refused to meet anyone...
salima walks in
"Ammi jaan do not worry jodha begum is intelligent, my heart says that shehensha can never hurt her"
Gulbadan looks at her...
"i have never seen a wives like you and Ruquaiyya you both are giving a way for jodha to enter jalals life...you would have gone to him today salima"
"yes phuphi would have gone to shehensha, he would have respected me, but at the moment he need a heart with who he can share his worries which i dont have..."
HB smiles...
"kudah karen, jalal apni dil ki baath jodha ke saath bant le.."

Jodha enters his chamber it was dark...
as it was covered with curtains everywhere... jodha lights up the diyas and could not find him anywhere...as it was dark...slowly the diyas starts glowing in the hojra and making a way for her to search him... he is closing his eyes and lying on the diwan...
jodha moves towards him and drops the pot kept on the way...
"who is that???"
he roars and gets up...
Jodha hesitatingly...
"hum hain shehensha jodha"
Jalal gets up and wraps the shawl around his naked shoulders...
"i have ordered not to let anyone inside my hojra how did the guards..."
"I ordered them that not to stop shehnshas begum so withtout any choice left they let me inside..."
Jalal raises his brows...and sees her face which is glowing in this dim light...
"what was the urgency to meet me"
"i heard that you dint had food from morning, nor let anyone meet you so i came here to make you eat food, ammi jaan has cooked food for you..."
Jalal sat on the couch and looked at her..
"why did ammi jaan herself dint come to meet me"
"i dont know she sent me, as she thought i am responsible for your anger..."
Jallal smiles
"so you were forced to come here..."
"haan i was forced to come here, but even i wanted to speak to you"
He looks away
"you again came to ask me to let you go to amer, listen carefully jodha i will not let you"
Jodha makes her face..
"no i dont want to go to amer now, i came here to ask do you really beleive me..."
Jalal smiles at her..
"i already told i beleive your kanha..."
"only kanha, not me???"
"Jodha begum you said that you brought food for me ...pharosiye i am feeling hungry..."
Jodha immediately brings thali of food for him...
takes his hand in hers and washes it and wipes it
Jalal feels proud and happy at her way of caring for him...
Jodha takes the thali of his and tastes the food before him...
Jalal sits waitng for her to finish...
"ab aap kha sakthe hain..."
jalal eats the food as he tasted kheer which is cooked by HB he feels happy...
"jodha this kheer is tasty ammi jaan has made it...come here taste it..."
Jalal forwrds the spoon to her and feeds it...
"haan its really tasty shehensha"
After the dinner is finished...
Jodha takes the fruits bowl and cuts some fruits for jalal and gives him when he will be busy seeing through jharokha,...
She sees his interest and eyes glued towards outside world
"aapko, suryasth aur prakruti ka soundarya bahuth baatha hai na..."
Jalal wraps the shawl around his neck and looks at her who was busy in cutting the fruits...
"haan, you are a nice observer, in all the begums whom i have married its only you who has never spent time with me, but you know much than others..."
Jodha looks down...
"no i dont know much but the way you were looking outside the window i thought..."
"haan Salima begum is right you are very intelligent!!!" and he laughs sarcastically
Jodhas nose turns red...and in anger she cuts the vegetable and the knife peirs through her finger...
it cuts her skin...Jodha cries...
drops the fruit bowl and knife on the floor..
Jalal notices it...
"jodha begum, what have you done,"
He takes her to the couch and makes her sit and takes her finger and sees the blood, he takes some water and washes it off, and wraps a cloth on her finger...
seeing him so much care for her...tears drops from her eyes...
Jalal sees her in tears...
"jodha, its paining you"
SHe could not speak much she nods her head saying NO
"but why are you in tears..."
"nothing you took care of me na so,,"
"its my duty jodha to take care of my begum the way you came to meet me, when others were scared to meet me for my sake..."
"but i came on Ammi jaans insist"
"haan ammi jaan insisted you, but she would have insisted others too...but they have refused right...But you came why??? even you would have refused her"

Jodha gets up to move unable to answer him..
"hum chalthe hain???pranaam"
jalal too gets up and holds her hand
"but i have not asked you to leave, stay for some more time with me"
She turns around as she can sense some emotions and plea in his eyes... she tries to free his hold on her arms...
"what happened jodha begum, you dont want to be with me"
he releases her hand...
"aisa nahin hain...woh hum darr gayye..."
jalal walks towards her and lifts her chins and sees in her eyes...
"aap humse darr thi kyun hai"
Jalal hears some sound outside ...and he guesses it to be Maham Angas...
and walks outside to see in Maham , Jodha too walks along with him to see Maham speaking to the guards...
