The Episode starts with Devyaani talking to Rajbanna. Rajbanna asks her to tell him what happend to Akshara. He says you must know because I noticed you looked tensed in the hospital. She says we shouldn't think that way. Nowdays there is solution to everything, but anything can happen. She says we should have a positive hope. She says prayers work more than medicines.
The doctors ask Akshara to sleep. Naitik ask her about the pain. Doctor says she gave Akshara injection so there shouldn't be any pain and if there is any problem then to call her. Akshara asks Naitik about Duggu. Naitik says Devyaani called and said he is fine.. she is with him. They talk about duggu. Naitik tries to make Akshara happy and divert her mind. Naitik says Duggu and the small baby will be together and I have many plans for them. Nurse comes and ask Naitik to get an injection. He leaves to bring injections. Akshara talks to the baby and gets emotional.
Vishwamber and Rajshri taoks about Akshara's childhood. Vishwamber cries and says my daughter is in pain. Rajshri hugs him and cries.
Devyaani is with Duggu. She prays that Akshara gets better. Bhabhimaa is restless.
It's morning, Akshara asks Naitik to go and have some food. He says no I'm ok. she says okay i will not have the medicines then. Naitik says blackmailing, fine I will just come. He leaves.
The doctor comes with the report and ask about Naitik. Akshara says he is gone to the cafe. Doctor says I'll come later then. Akshara says no tell me. Doctor says it will be better if both of you together. Akshara says you can tell me and I'll inform him. She says there is some complications and as a doctor I advice you to abort the baby. Akshara is shocked. Akshara says isn't there any otger way. Doctor says, there is but it can be more dangerous for your life. She says as the foetus grows so does the risk, but then no one can guarantee that the child will live even after that. She says you have to decide quickly as you got very less time. Akshara says last time when I came you said that everything will be fine. Doctor says that's not the case with everyone and there are very less chance of that happening in your case. Akshara says we can wait and see. She starts crying.The doctor says discuss with your family and let me know. Naitik comes back. Akshara is upset. He asks her to have breakfast. She tells him that the reports came. He asks what did she say. She says everything is fine. He hugs her. He says I was tensed, thanks Lord that Akshara and the baby are fine. He calls Rajbanna to inform about Akshara.
Devyaani comes to meet Akshara. She ask Akshara how she is feeling. Akshara says everything is fine. Devyaani noticed that Akshara is worried.
Dadi says to Vishwamber you should have told us about Akshara. Rajshri says Naitik called and said she is fine now. They plan for an outing after the baby comes.
Duggu comes and ask Bhabhimaa where Akshara is. Akshara comes home with Devyaani. Duggu hugs her and ask where is was. He ask how did she get hurt. He says are you okay and did something happen to little baby. Naitik says no, the baby is absolutely fine and your mum too. He tells Akshara to take rest. Everyone does a pray. Akshara asks Duggu to get ready for school. Rajshri calls Akshara and talks to her. Naitik says I will be with Akshara and the baby today. She does not tell Naitik the truth. She tells Naitik about getting Duggu enrolled in a study camp. She says it's far. He asks can you live without Duggu. She says yes, even Maa has sent you to US. Naitik agrees. Devyaani comes to Akshara and says I will talk to your doctor. Akshara says no, ask me if you want to know anything.
Devyaani doubts on Akshara and calls her doctor. She comes to Akshara again. Akshara asks her about Dadda ji. Devyaani says he is fine. She asks why did you hide this from everyone. Akshara asks why. Devyaani says you know what I'm saying. She says I talked to your doctor. She says how can you hide this from everyone. Akshara says don't tell this to Naitik. Devyaani says it's a big thing. Akshara says we have to hide. Devyaani says Naitik should know everything. Akshara says I know, but don't tell him. She says I can't hurt him. Devyaani says this is not right. Akshara requests her and says when its necessary I will tell them.
Precap: Rukmani asks Akshara how is her health and tells that such things happened with my relative and the doctor asked to abort the baby.
